Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • Not be altered or modified in any way
  • Not be a sale or clearance item, unless otherwise specified

 

How to Request a Return

To initiate the return process, please contact our support team at support@sonderi.shop. We will respond to your request within 1-2 business days with further instructions. Please ensure you provide your order number and a clear reason for the return in your email.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued through Shopify Payments, and the processing time may vary depending on your bank's policies. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable, unless the item is defective or damaged.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within the specified timeframe, please check your bank account or contact your bank to see if the refund is still being processed. If the issue persists, please reach out to our support team at support@sonderi.shop for assistance.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact our support team at support@sonderi.shop to discuss a possible exchange. Please note that we may request photos or other documentation to verify the issue before proceeding with an exchange.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. Please keep a record of your tracking number, as we cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
